The most important thing is safety!
However, you must always remember that the mountains are a terrain different from the plain, a complex ecosystem, and changing natural and climatic conditions. Any trip to the mountains is very responsible. Mountains do not like to be joked with and taken lightly. Therefore, safety and attentiveness are first of all. If you are a beginner, you should always go hiking accompanied by an experienced guide. The guide must have the necessary knowledge and skills for mountain hiking. Be able to provide first aid. This is important, which is why we do not recommend ordering a “cat in a bag”, or even worse, going on your own at random, but go as part of a collective group of tourists with repeatedly tested guides and instructors on selected hiking trips in the mountains that are popular with tourists. Before going, consider your capabilities and strengths. In the mountains, the terrain is complex, there is a sharp change in altitude, pressure, and air temperature. All this must be taken into account.
